Psychological Services, Booking & Rates
The focus of my practice is Anxiety, Phobias, Trauma (including PostTraumatic Stress Disorder [PTSD] and other Trauma-related conditions), Chronic Pain and Chronic Illness, Grief & Loss, and coping with life, stages of change, and identity transitions (e.g. illness onset, retirement, new marriage, divorce, career changes, sex and sexuality). I work with Adults in an individual, one-to-one setting, providing therapeutic treatment and interventions.

I offer a FREE 45 mins consultation which I encourage everyone to use if we have not worked together previously.
How long is a session?
Sessions run 50 minutes for our therapy time and 10 mins set aside to allow for payment processing and next appointment bookings, etc. Please arrive 10 mins prior to your appointment to allow you to settle in, and enjoy a water, tea, or coffee.
What are your Rates and do you provide receipts for health benefits/insurance?
The investment for a 1 hour individual psychology appointment is $205. There is NO CHARGE for the Free 45 minute consultation session that is offered as a first time appointment. And yes for sure, I will be happy to provide you a receipt with my registration number for you to claim if you have health benefits coverage :-)
What methods of payment do you accept?
I accept Credit Card (Visa & Mastercard) payments or Cash. As well, I offer direct billing for Alberta Blue Cross.
Where are you located?
Our office is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Calgary in suite 2500 (25th floor) of 500 4th Ave SW, Calgary, AB - the intersection is 4th Street SW and 4th Ave SW.
What are your hours?
I offer weekday and weekday evening hours Monday to Friday. To see when I might be available, please click HERE to view my online schedule. Please note, if you're unable to find a spot that works for you, please feel welcome to email me; sometimes I might be able to move appointment slots (e.g. swap a lunch break or stay late) depending on the day.
