I’m honoured to provide a number of Barrier-Free (aka no financial statements or review or application required) No Cost Therapy & Lowered Cost Assessment programs as part of our committment to working to decolonize mental health and reduce barriers/increase accessibility to receiving supports @RiverwestTherapyCollective

We have “Express Yourself” (for LGBTQIA2S+ adults 18+ and parents, loved ones, and allies of trans and non binary youth), “UpliftHER” (for Black immigrant women), “Non-Profit Nourishment” (for anyone working in non-profit, charitable, volunteer and mutual aid), “FullServeUS” (for service & hospitality industry workers), and “#MyMentalHealthMatters” (for post-secondary students).
